Help Us Preserve Bahamian Culture Through Portraits & Film
Archipelago is a cultural portrait and documentary series by award-winning Bahamian photographer Scharad M Lightbourne.
Our goal is to capture the lives of 100 extraordinary Bahamians—artists, athletes, thinkers, trailblazers—through powerful portraits and intimate storytelling. The project will become both a coffee table book and a documentary film, creating a lasting archive of Bahamian identity for future generations.
This isn’t just art. It’s a cultural legacy.
