CRITERIA

  1. Submissions are open to Bahamian citizens, residents, or those strongly connected to The Bahamas.

  2. Candidates must be 18 or older. Any candidate under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

  3. You may only submit the candidate once. Multiple submissions from the same person will not be counted.

  4. For Self-Submissions: Provide your full name, age, contact information (email and phone number), and a brief description of why you are interested in participating in the project.

  5. For Submitting Others: Provide the candidate's full name, age, contact information, your relationship to the candidate, and a brief description of why you believe they would be a great fit for the project.

  6. All submissions must be received by November 18, 2024

  7. By submitting yourself, you grant ARCHIPELAGO the non-exclusive right to use your images for promotional purposes related to the project, including but not limited to online galleries, social media, and print materials.

  8. If you submit on behalf of another person, you must have their consent for their images to be used as described above.

  9. The candidate must be of sound mind and physically and mentally capable of performing basic movements.

  10. The project team will review all submissions. Selection is based on the candidate's relevance to the project's theme and vision.

  11. Submit 2-3 recent photographs of the candidate, preferably unedited and in natural lighting.

  12. Selected candidates will be contacted via email or phone by January 15, 2024. Only those selected will be notified.

  13. Selected candidates will be required to sign a release form before participating in the project.

  14. Personal information submitted will be kept confidential and used only for this project.

  15. Participation in this project is voluntary. No monetary compensation will be provided to the selected participants.
